  • Extract the pulp or gel from an aloe vera leaf then use it to rub on the areas to be treated using circular movements. Repeat this remedy once a week.
  • Pour the pulp of a ripe avocado and the juice of a lemon into a bowl. Mix the ingredients well to obtain a homogeneous paste. Apply the mixture on the flabby areas of the body. Leave for about 30 minutes then remove the solution with cold water.
  • Pour a spoonful of honey into a bowl, add the egg white and mix well. Spread the mixture with your hands on the areas to be treated making circular and ascending movements. Leave it on for about half an hour then remove everything with cold water.
  • Pour 2o0 ml of olive oil, 50 ml of almond oil and 50 ml of Macadamia oil into a bowl then mix everything together. Apply the mixture with your hands, exerting light pressure on the parts of the body that have lost elasticity. Repeat the operation every week
  • Pour 100 ml of almond oil, one capsule of vitamin E powder, 10 drops of snail slime serum into a bowl. Mix everything and apply on the areas to be treated. Leave on for 30 minutes then rinse
  • Grind two tablespoons of flax seeds and mix them with four tablespoons of hot water to make a mixture. Add two drops of cypress essential oil. Put the mixture on a cloth, fold in half and apply it to the affected area. Cover with cling film to simplify the process. Repeat this treatment twice a week.
  • Pour a handful of kombu seaweed into a glass of water for three hours, then apply the mixture on the areas to be treated with a light circular massage
